• Technical data collected by our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes — see our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data ("sensitive data" — e.g. health, religious or political beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation) through this website. Please do not include such information in the booking form or any message sent to us.

3. How We Use Your Data

Booking form data is collected and processed for the sole purpose of organizing the artist's professional activities and events — bookings, performances and collaborations — and to respond to your inquiry. Any agreement reached with you following contact through this form is entered into for commercial and professional purposes between the parties. This website does not collect data, through the booking form or otherwise, for marketing purposes, and we do not sell, rent or use your data for advertising.

We process booking data on the basis of your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local data protection laws.

5. Third-Party Processors

Booking form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit.co, a third-party service that relays form data to our email inbox. We recommend reviewing FormSubmit's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking inquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to and, where applicable, finalize the related engagement, and delete it thereafter unless a longer retention period is required by law.
